* Work with the innovative AGRAVAT® ATH AI-Enabled Health & Wellness Assessment System, developed by Dr. Kartavya Agravat, to support preventive healthcare and personalized wellness recommendations.

* Use the ATH Smartest System to analyze health and lifestyle data, identify potential nutrient gaps, optimize dietary habits and supplement recommendations, and enhance personalized patient care through AI-driven insights.
* Contribute to AGRAVAT®’s mission of ‘Prevention is Better Than Cure’ by integrating AI-powered preventive healthcare solutions into everyday clinical practice and patient education.
* Leverage AI-powered tools, including ChatGPT, to support patient education, clinical documentation, FAQs, treatment communication, and digital workflows.
* Utilize advanced 3D intraoral scanners for digital impressions, smile design, implant planning, and treatment simulations.
* Manage patient records using cloud-based practice management software, CRM systems, and secure digital healthcare platforms while ensuring data privacy and compliance.

1. Clinical Care & Patient Management
* Observe, evaluate, and monitor patients throughout their treatment journey; diagnose dental conditions, formulate treatment plans and prognoses, and deliver care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and ethical dental practice.
* Assist the Chief Dental Surgeon during comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and advanced clinical procedures.
* Educate and guide patients on treatment options, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, clear aligners, preventive oral care, nutrition, and vitamin supplements to support overall oral and general health.
* Deliver exceptional patient care by ensuring a comfortable, personalized, and positive treatment experience.
* Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment documentation, and patient confidentiality in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor treatment progress and improve patient satisfaction and long-term outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with the clinical, e-commerce, telehealth, and front-office teams to ensure seamless patient care, efficient clinic operations, and smooth e-commerce workflows.
* Uphold strict infection control, sterilization protocols, quality assurance standards, and proper handling, storage, and quality compliance of D2C healthcare and oral care products at all times.

2. Telehealth & Digital Consultations
* Conduct online dental consultations and remote patient assessments.
* Guide patients through virtual treatment planning and follow-up consultations.
* Respond to clinical enquiries using AI-assisted workflows while maintaining professional judgment.

3. AGRAVAT® D2C E-Commerce & Digital Healthcare
* Review and approve oral & Personal care product information, descriptions, and medical content.
* Support customer care teams in resolving complex clinical product enquiries.
* Verify the scientific accuracy of educational content, blogs, videos, and product listings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on digital healthcare campaigns.

4. Dental Clinic Operations
* Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure efficient appointment scheduling.
* Monitor sterilization, infection control, and clinical compliance.
* Manage inventory, consumables, and operational workflows.
* Maintain accurate electronic patient records using cloud-based CRM systems.

5. Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and mentor associate dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, e-commerce and front-office staff.
* Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.
* Foster a positive, patient-focused work environment.

6. Business Development
* Drive patient acquisition and consultation-to-treatment conversions.
* Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
* Monitor clinic performance, revenue, and operational KPIs.
* Help grow AGRAVAT®’s digital and offline dental, healthcare and wellness services.
